Michael J. Fox (Alex P. Keaton)
After Family Ties, Michael J. Fox became one of the biggest stars of the 1980s and 1990s with major films like Back to the Future, Teen Wolf, and The Secret of My Success. In 1998, he publicly revealed his Parkinson’s disease diagnosis and later became one of the world’s leading advocates for Parkinson’s research through The Michael J. Fox Foundation. Despite health challenges, he continued acting in television and film and remains one of the most beloved actors of his generation.

Meredith Baxter (Elyse Keaton)
Following Family Ties, Meredith Baxter continued working steadily in television movies and guest appearances. In later years, she became widely respected for openly discussing personal struggles involving domestic abuse and alcoholism. She also publicly came out later in life and has remained active as an advocate and speaker while occasionally returning to television projects.

Michael Gross (Steven Keaton)
